1952 born in Tirana, Albania
1971 finished school with certificate of advanced level
1971 - 1973 studies of opera singing at the Music Conservatory of Tirana with Prof. Luke Kacaj.
1973 - 1975 military service.
1976 - 1978 photo journalist for BGSH - publishers, Tirana.
At the same time self tought painter.
1979 - 1990 opera singer (Bass Cantabel) and stage painter at the Tirana opera house.
1990 moving to Munich, Germany, where he still lives and works.

About the Artist
Mark Kola is an artist par excellence. And it is difficult to say, which of his talents is more impressing: his very voluminous though well tempered bass-voice or his sensitive paintings. If fate would allow, Mark would like to act furthermore for both of his talents at the same time.
