Koh Tao - the best place to stay for scubadiving and snorkelling, but unfortunately no inside tip any more. A wonderful place for relaxing and snorkelling is the Hinwong Bay, where in the meantime 4 bungalow resorts are situated. Here to be mentioned ViewRockResort and GreenTreeResort.
